made in psp but translatable
1. get your base and duplicate it and set it to screen
2.make a new layer and fill it with #F3F5C9 and set it to softlight 90-100 %
3.make another new layer and fill it with #CEECF6 and set it to burn 95-100%
4.now make a new layer>new layer adjustment >hue and saturation and set the saturation 20-40% depending on your image
5. merge all(flatten) and thats it
Optional:
now if your image is too light then duplicate your base and set it to softlight i put mine to 35 or so %(the ocapacity really depends on your image)
